I'm curious how it would look and there aren't very many pics online of newer trucks (4th gen) that have this type of mod. Ideas diy rhino liner , diy rhino liner bumper , diy rhino liner jeep , diy rhino liner paint , diy rhino liner paint job , diy rhino liner rocker panels , diy rhino.

Others have suggested it and used it as touch up. I tried using this on my roam steps to save $ and it's definitely not in the same league as rhino liner or the other commecial grade bedliners. Rustoleum truck bed coating (rattle can) is virtually an exact match as the oem steel bumper paint.

At least with a rattle can, you just clean it, scuff it up a bit, and spray some paint on it. This mold was about 5x the size of their engine splash guards and those go for about $60 a set. I must say it looked great.

Once you are 100% certain you have a perfect fender liner, hit up rad rubber design, send them your mold and they will make you a fender liner. Keeps the jeep about as quiet as when i have the rug in there (less noise when i put the rug on top of the lining). Stuff is easy to work with and very forgiving.

Both rhino liner and line x use the same chemicals. My local linex guy just dropped a price for my bed liner job $95 for my cm. It got me thinking, what if i were to rhino line the exterior body panels.

If the bumpers have to be taken off and its a pain in the butt, i could see cost for the extra labour, but not 400 per bumper.that's insane especially when a whole box is that much. There is no comparison in regard to this diy. I had a bumper rhino lined and it held up well and looked good. It is a do it yourself rhino liner for your truck.

Manufactured by high impact fabrications. Btw if car wax gets on the bed liner surface it dries white and is a pain to clean off. Cant be more faded than my front bumper.

I do allow a couple days for the bed liner to cure. Think of rhino liner like a harder textured rubber husky liner, and line x like a super strong textured paint. Also, no more scratching the jeep when i take stuff out the back, and i just cover the dash and hose the interior for cleaning.
